When you submit information to us through the Site (contact forms, inquiries, project details), our handling of that information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please don’t submit information that you don’t intend to share with us, and please don’t submit information that you don’t have the right to share. The Site is not a secure channel for sensitive information beyond what’s reasonably needed to begin a conversation; if you need to share something more sensitive, ask us about a more appropriate channel.

Nothing on the Site is a quote, an offer, or a commitment to perform work at any specific price or in any specific timeframe.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Site up, accurate, and useful. But the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing in this section affects warranties we provide on services we perform for our customers under separate written agreement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fisk Energy will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability to you arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, in which case the limitations apply only to the extent permitted in that jurisdiction. This section does not limit our liability under the contracts we sign with our customers.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
