How we handle the information you give us.
Effective date: June 29, 2026. Last updated: June 29, 2026.
We collect what we need to do the work, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t do business with companies that would. The full version below covers the specifics.
Fisk Energy, Inc. is a Florida-licensed contractor headquartered at 152 Sugar Belle Dr, Suite B, Winter Garden, FL 34787. References in this policy to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Fisk Energy, Inc. Questions about this policy or about how we handle your information can go to info@fiskenergy.com or to the address above.
We collect information in three ways: Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on this site, send us an email, call us on the phone, or text us, you may provide your name, address, phone number, email address, and details about your home or your project. When you become a customer, you may also provide payment information, financing application data, and details specific to your project (including system designs, equipment specifications, and project documentation).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, fiskenergy.com automatically logs technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed on our site, and time spent. This is collected through standard analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent) and used to understand how the site is being used.
Information from third parties. Occasionally we receive information about you from third parties — for example, if you respond to one of our advertisements through a platform like Google or Meta, that platform may share with us the lead information you authorized them to share when you submitted your inquiry.
We use the information we collect to:
We share information only as needed to operate our business and serve you. The relevant categories are: Service providers we use to run the business. Our website is hosted by Webflow. Our customer relationship and operational data is managed in Zoho (CRM, Books, Inventory, FSM, Projects). Our productivity and document management runs on Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet). These providers process information on our behalf, under written agreements that restrict how they can use it.
Subcontractors who perform work on your project. When a project requires a subcontracted scope (most of our installation work involves a primary install subcontractor), the subcontractor receives only the information needed to perform their portion of the work — typically your name, address, scope, and any access details required for the install.
Permitting authorities, utilities, and inspectors. Permits, utility interconnection applications, HOA submissions, and inspections require disclosure of project information to those entities. We follow their disclosure requirements as part of executing your project.
Manufacturers, for warranty registration. Equipment warranties are registered to you, which requires sharing your name, address, and equipment serial numbers with the manufacturer.
Legal, accounting, and professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, and similar professional advisors receive information as needed to advise us on the matters they’re engaged for.
When required by law. We disclose information when compelled by valid legal process, when needed to enforce our contracts, or when needed to protect rights, property, or safety. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information for marketing purposes. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or list builders.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: making the site function (session cookies, form-state preservation) and understanding site traffic patterns (Google Analytics or equivalent). We do not currently use cookies for advertising retargeting; if that changes in the future, we will update this policy and surface a cookie banner consistent with applicable law. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect parts of the site’s functionality.
We retain information only as long as we have a legitimate business reason to do so. Inquiries that don’t become customers are kept for up to three years from last contact, then deleted. The retention window lets us recognize you and your house if you come back later, which most non-customers consider a feature rather than a bug. Customer records, project documentation, and warranty records are kept for the duration of the customer relationship plus seven years following the longest applicable warranty period. This reflects the long-cycle nature of the work — we have written warranty obligations stretching to ten years and beyond, and we need the underlying records available to honor them. Financial records are kept for the duration required by tax, accounting, and regulatory authorities (typically seven years). Information that no longer has a legitimate retention basis is deleted or anonymized.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. This includes access controls on the systems where information is stored, encryption in transit for our website and our primary operational systems, employee access limited to those with a business need, and standard security practices for the productivity and operational platforms we use. No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and applicable authorities consistent with the law that applies.
You have several rights with respect to information we hold about you:
Our services are directed at adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at info@fiskenergy.com and we will delete it.
Florida residents are the population we serve, and Florida law primarily governs how we handle your information. If you are a resident of another state with state-specific privacy rights (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others have their own statutes), those rights apply to the extent the law applies to us, and you can exercise them by contacting us at info@fiskenergy.com.
We update this policy when our practices change or when the law requires us to. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be flagged with notice on the homepage or by email to active customers when feasible.
